American Legion Voice Broadcasting System

Voice Broadcasting is a computerized message delivery service that plays your pre-recorded message on your member's answering machine, voice mail service, or even to a "live" person -- depending on the voice broadcasting program you choose.

Voice Broadcasting is the fastest, most effective method to reach a large group of members.  Messages can be delivered to thousands of members in minutes. All other methods such as direct mail, print media and/or radio and television require long development times that include printing, mailing, production, etc. Voice Messaging can be developed and delivered in hours

The service allows you to dial large list of phone number from a “user friendly” website interface. Signing up is free and you only pay for delivered voice messages.

There are absolutely no sign up fees. The only money you spend is for delivered voice messages. Though when you create a campaign funds are removed from your account, unsuccessful funds will be returned to your account once your campaign has finished.

Is there a minimum monthly dialing requirement?
There are no minimum monthly dialing requirements.  You may dial as much or as least as you would like at any given time. The only requirement is that your campaign contains at least 20 phone numbers when it is being booked.

The discounted cost for the American Legion Family is $.02 per delivered message.
